Wendelin Acker is a senior partner and co-founder of AGS Legal. He is a recognized expert for litigation/conflict resolution, construction, real estate and compliance/internal investigations.
Mr. Acker is regularly recommended as one of Germany’s leading lawyers in these fields.
He was admitted to the bar in the mid-1980s. In 1990, he was made partner at one of the firms that became Hogan Lovells, a major international law firm, where he specialized in conflict resolution/litigation, compliance/internal investigations and construction and real estate. He established AGS Legal in 2012 as a separate firm.
