Dr. Jutta Bader joined the Frankfurt office of AGS Legal as an attorney in 2019. She specializes in corporate defense law. Dr. Bader studied law in Freiburg and Geneva and wrote her doctoral thesis on participation rights in criminal proceedings. Her practical training included a rotation at Gleiss Lutz in Brussels in the field of anti-trust law. While a doctoral student, Dr. Bader worked as a research associate at the Institute for Criminology and White-Collar Crime at the University of Freiburg.
